員警身著制服時的一舉一動，總是會被不少民眾放大檢視，造成他們極大的困擾。一名網友在臉書社團「爆廢公社」中上傳了一張員警在路邊小便的照片，掀起網友們一陣熱議，卻也引起不少撻伐聲浪。
該名網友在貼文中附註：「人有那三急」，並貼出了兩名員警將機車停在路邊，其中一名員警走到草叢內小便，另一名員警則在一旁等待的照片，雖然小便中的員警下半身幾乎被草叢所掩蓋，照片仍舊引發網友們議論紛紛，不少人出面力挺員警，認為這是人之常情，不應該身為警察就活該被偷拍公審。
網友們也紛紛留言表示，「難道你就沒有過嗎」、「當警察的心酸啊」、「偷拍別人上廁所也不是什麼好行為」、「別在刁難警察了，若不是真的很急，誰會願意這樣」、「他們已經夠辛苦了，拍拍」。好康偷偷說
這難道會是今後酒駕脫罪的大絕招嗎？去年8月間，新北市一名王姓男子駕車載妻子外出用餐，後來卻因倒車不慎擦撞，與對方駕駛談不攏賠償，因此報警處理；不料在警方到達現場前，王男竟跑去一旁超市買了啤酒與烈酒，當街大喝了起來，警方到場後測得他酒測值是0.61毫克酒測值。後來士林地院認為，沒有確切的證據能顯示，王男是在肇事前喝的酒，因此判其無罪。
判決指出，去年8月15日晚間，王男駕車載妻子外出吃飯慶生，後來卻因為倒車不慎擦撞到後方車輛，和對方駕駛談不攏賠償金額，因此只好報警處理。
不料在警方抵達現場前，王男疑似「急中生智」，竟趕緊跑到一旁超市買了2罐啤酒、1罐烈酒，當街大喝了起來，待警員到場並為他實施酒測時，發現酒測值果然已超標，將他帶回警局訊問，最後被依公共危險、公然侮辱等罪嫌起訴。
案經士林地院審理，王男矢口否認自己有酒駕，還理直氣壯表示，對方其實只要求他賠償2000元，若是他真有酒駕，「又怎麼敢叫他去報警呢？」
然而受害駕駛則證稱，案發當時他與王男理論時，已聞到王男身上散發著淡淡酒味，懷疑他涉嫌酒駕。但法官卻認為，沒有確切的證據能夠證明王男有在肇事前飲酒，因此判其無罪。
